Jennifer Mutua's professional M&E trainings include: Institute of Development Policy and Management (IOB), University of Antwerp; International Programme for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET), Carlton University and Participatory Planning M&E, Wageningen University, Netherlands. She holds a Masters Degree in Gender and Development and BA Degree in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Nairobi.
Jennifer Mutua is ESK founder and an M&E Specialist/Consultant. She has consulted for the UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Vienna and UNDP MDGs Millennium Fund, New York. Other work experiences include working for the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) and UNDP seconded to Kenya Government’s National Integrated M&E system (NIMES), Ministry of Planning. Jennifer is a Board member of the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) representing Eastern Africa. She is an advisor at the EvalPartners Global Movement/International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE).
